1. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide a clear description and photographic evidence of the issue. We will investigate and, if the defect is confirmed, offer a replacement or a full refund.

2. Lost Orders

For packages lost in transit, contact us within 30 days from the estimated delivery date. We will arrange for a replacement order to be sent to you.

3. Returns

As our products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns unless the product is defective or damaged. Please ensure that you review your order carefully before placing it.

4. Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it enters our production process promptly. Therefore, cancellations or changes to orders are not possible after confirmation.

5. Return Address

We do not provide a return address, as returns are not accepted unless due to defects or damage. If a return is necessary, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.
