3. Ordering Process

– All orders are placed online through this website.

– Once your order is confirmed and payment is successfully processed, we will fulfil it via Gelato.com.

– You will receive a confirmation email with order details. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please contact customercare@rachel-art.com.


4. Pricing and Payment

– All prices are displayed in your local domestic currency.

– VAT Exemption: Rachel Holmes Art Ltd is not registered for VAT, and therefore, VAT will not be charged on your purchase.

– Prices exclude shipping fees, which will be calculated at checkout.

– Payment is accepted securely via Stripe, allowing you to pay using major credit or debit cards. All transactions are encrypted for your security.


5. Shipping and Delivery

– Production and Shipping: Our products are printed and shipped via Gelato.com, which partners with over 140 production facilities in 32 countries to ensure efficient and timely delivery.

– Delivery Times: Delivery times vary depending on your location, the product type, and the selected shipping method. Standard domestic deliveries typically take between 2-4 days. For time-sensitive orders, express shipping options are available.

– Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are displayed at checkout.

– Customs and Duties: For international orders, additional customs duties or fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

– Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information to monitor your delivery status.

– Delays: While we strive for prompt delivery, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact customer-care@rachel-art.com for assistance.

As our products are personalised and made to order, we currently do not support returns. However, if you or your end customer receive defective or damaged orders that were not caused by the content provided by you or your customer, we will cover the costs of a new order.
